Checkerboard

This is a lap-sized quilt, made of assorted left-over green squares, paired with yellow, which is a wonderful "neutral" color for tying together scraps that would otherwise fight with each other. Green, in particular, can be difficult, because of the range from pure green to blue-greens in one direction, and yellow-greens in the other direction.
