Delectable teal

This was a graduation present for someone who couldn't decide if he wanted a blue quilt or a green one, so he got a blue-green one! The design begins with a traditional Delectable Mountain block, in a setting I saw decades ago in Quilter's Newsletter Magazine. You can't tell from the picture, but there are several different teals in the blocks and surrounding sawtooth border. Someday, I'd like to make the same basic design in a wildly scrappy version, where it's just the contrast of dark and light, with no limits on the actual dark colors.
